Many of our therapies require access to the skin's surface. Loose and comfortable clothing is recommended. Additionally, there is air conditioning in the building, so a light sweater is recommended as well.
*Make-up: Please do not wear mascara on Monday, as it sometimes interferes with some of our diagnostic testing. Should you need, we have make-up remover in the clinic as well.
Please feel free to bring any snacks that you might enjoy during the week. Also feel free to bring: water bottles, light travel clothing, sunglasses, headphones, sweaters, extra pair of socks, and anything else you will find comfortable. *If you are a professional or collegiate athlete, or if your goal is to return to a sport, please bring your gear.
As Dr. Antonucci explained in his welcome message, you should expect a rigorous but fulfilling week. All of our patients are unique, so there may be individualized treatment sessions. Most of our patients fit into an intensive 3X5 model of treatment (three times a day for five days), but this may vary based upon how many sessions and the amount of training the doctor thinks will benefit you the most.
