ORLANDO, FL, February 02, 2017 -- Sew Pretty Corp., a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization set up to enhance opportunities for persons with Multiple Sclerosis as well as disabled veterans, has announced that through their fundraising efforts, it has raised the necessary funds for one of its volunteers to begin treatment at the world renowned Plasticity Brain Centers in Orlando, Florida.

The Center is known for a highly effective approach and treatment of individuals suffering from traumatic brain injuries, degenerative brain diseases, and developmental disorders.

The Sew Pretty Corp., comprised primarily of volunteers who themselves are MSers and veterans, has been turning their member's life skills, learned over time, into work that has fueled the organization's cash flow and economic empowerment, thus enabling the volunteers to provide financial resources for valuable treatment.

Through their latest fundraising efforts, Sew Pretty Corp raised $8,000.00, enabling one of their volunteers suffering from Progressive MS, to receive a week's worth of invaluable treatment at Plasticity Brain Centers.

"We are overjoyed to have been able to defray the cost of treatment for our volunteer who is confined to a wheelchair. We feel it is so important to let people know about the resources and treatment now available that do not rely on medication," said a spokesperson for the organization.
